Aztec Sun Stone
Print Profile(1)

Description
Another addition to my 'stealing artifacts in Beijing' series; this one wasn't actually here. It wasn't among the exhibits at the Capital Museum this time, but it's too famous, and I saw a bunch of them in souvenir shops. Embracing the spirit of 'see it, steal it,' and if I can model and print it, I won't spend money, I replicated the Aztec Sun Stone. Hope you like it too; it prints very well with Bambu Lab's PLA Silk.
The way I arranged it on the plate looks a bit risky, but trust me, I've tried it, and it can succeed; the result is much better than printing flat.

This photo was not taken at the Capital Museum; it was taken at the National Museum of Natural History in Washington. When I saw the special exhibition at the Capital Museum, I vaguely felt I had seen this before, and found it by looking through my photos at home.
