Description

This is a 3D-printable, fully functional octagonal desk clock featuring a bold, rugged design. It is easy to assemble and makes a great addition to any desk or workshop.

Hardware Required:

To complete this project, you will need:

  • 1x Quartz clock movement: Standard size 56 x 56 x 16 mm with a 12 mm shaft (spindle) length.

Assembly instructions:

  • Step 1: Insert the clock face (dial) into the main body, making sure it is in the correct orientation. First, press the pieces in gently to ensure everything is aligned, and only push them all the way in once you are sure of the fit

  • Step 2: Insert the nuts into their slots in the correct orientation (with the pointed/tapered side facing inward)

  • Step 3: Insert the Quartz clock movement

  • Step 4: Place the back cover onto the rear of the main body and secure it using two screws

  • Step 5: Attach the front frame (bezel)

  • Step 6: Install the hands—always put the hour hand on first, followed by the minute hand

  • Step 7: Slide in the final piece to complete the assembly
