Description

Robot-Proof Clothes Horse Riser (11 cm) — Parametric Remix

Robot vacuums hate clothes horses. The thing that always blocks them is the low horizontal cross-brace near the floor — too high to climb, too low to pass.

This remix solves it with a simple trick: the printed feet don't lift the whole rack onto stilts — they only raise that cross-brace to 11 cm. The legs still stand on the floor, but the bar is now high enough for the robot to drive straight underneath and clean the spot it could never reach.

Snaps onto the tubes — no screws, no glue.

Designed for a Leifheit clothes horse with 18.5 mm tube diameter. Different rack? See below.

Parameters

Parametric Fusion 360 file included — adjust four values (clearance height, tube diameter, two angles) to fit your own rack and robot, then re-export. A ready-to-print .3mf is included too.

Print

- PETG (or PLA+), 0.20 mm, 4 walls, 30–40 % infill

- Supports required

- Print the set that fits your rack

Assembly

Slide the parts onto the tubes so the cross-brace sits at the raised height. Done.
