⚙️ Print Settings

To achieve the "realistic metal" effect and fool everyone, I recommend following these parameters:

• Recommended material: Dark gray PLA, Gunmetal, Silk Silver, or metal-filled filaments for a super realistic look.
• Layer height: 0.12 mm or 0.16 mm. A thin layer is essential to make the spirals smooth and hide the print layers.
• Infill: 15-30%. They don't need to withstand stress, so there's no need to print them solid.
• Supports:
  • Serpentine and Boomerang: Required (Tree Supports are recommended for easy removal without damaging the thread).

  • Bifurcated: Can be printed vertically, but use a wide Brim to prevent it from detaching from the build plate due to its proportions.
