Open Floppy Disk

This is a printable floppy disk that represent the disk in an open state.

This means the printed disk can be inserted into a real working floppy drive.
Obviously it's not going to do anything & that's the point.
The reason this exists is that I've seen people modifying & destroying working floppy drives to use them with real disks & NFC stickers.
This model servers two purposes:
The first being if you run out of real disks to use NFC stickers on.
The second, so working  drives don't need to be gutted or made inoperable.

The model features a cut out where the disk detect switch is so the drive doesn't try to operate when inserted.

One word of caution: due to there being no actual magnetic disk layer, when inserted, the drive heads touch together.
I'm not sure if this would cause any issue with the heads but given they are not operating I wouldn't think it would.
However, use at your own risk.
