Original design for a standard athletics relay baton, with dimensions suitable for daily training and school sports events. The entire piece is Print in Place, requiring no assembly. It has a low printing threshold and a balanced grip, making it suitable for school sports equipment, club training, and DIY event props.

Design Highlights

1. Ergonomic round baton shape, moderate thickness, not easy to slip during handovers, and comfortable to hold for a long time;
2. Integrated seamless structure, ready to use immediately after printing, no super glue assembly required;
3. Simple cylindrical shape, no complex curved surfaces, supports 0.2mm regular layer height printing, low filament consumption, and fast molding speed;
4. Compatible with various filaments like PLA/ABS/TPU; TPU printing can enhance anti-slip and cushioning feel;
5. Blank smooth cylinder body allows for self-engraving text, spraying team logos, or event names, providing ample space for personalized modification.
