Customizable Modular Wall Hook System

This project was born from the need to create a simple, robust, and completely modular hooking system, suitable for workshops, garages, laboratories, warehouses, storage rooms, or any environment where tools and objects need to be organized in an orderly and flexible manner.

The system consists of modular rails approximately 20 cm long, designed to be used individually or connected to each other to create a bar of any length. Thanks to the modular structure, it is possible to easily expand the system over time, adding new sections according to your needs.

There are two types of guide modules:

• Extension module, with an open end that allows for hooking and connecting additional segments.
• Terminal module, with a closed end, designed to neatly and aesthetically finish the bar.

Installation is simple and done by screw fastening. To improve the final appearance of the system, a screw cover cap is also included, which hides the fastening point, ensuring a tidier and more professional finish.

The hooks can be freely positioned along the rail using the openings on the profile. This allows for quick configuration changes without having to disassemble the entire system, adapting it to tools, cables, pipes, accessories, and many other objects.

Note on strength:
With a solid and well-configured print, the hooks can support even fairly heavy objects. In my tests, they were able to hold a bike weighing approximately 7 kg, using robust print settings, such as high infill density, more walls/perimeters, and a suitable material.
