Model Description

Take your KIWI™ vaping experience to the next level with this compact and organized travel case, specifically designed for 3D printers. This case allows you to carry your KIWI™ e-cig, three to four extra pods, and replacement filters in one secure and stylish package.

The design includes smart features for maximum practicality: you can charge your device directly inside the case via the dedicated bottom opening, ideal for "pass-through" use. The interior is designed to accommodate small layers of foam (cut to size) in the compartments, eliminating any annoying noise or movement of components during transport.

Technical Specifications & BOM (Bill of Materials)

• Suggested Materials: PLA (for aesthetics) or PETG (for greater thermal resistance if left in a car). The image shows a combination of black and bronze/gold PLA.
• Magnets (Optional): Up to 8 round neodymium magnets of 6x3 mm.
• Hinge Pin: A small piece of standard 1.75 mm filament (approximately the length of the hinge).
• Padding (Recommended): A small piece of thin foam or EVA foam (1-2 mm thick) cut to fit the bottom of the compartments.

Assembly Instructions

1. Hinge: Align the two halves of the case. Insert the 1.75 mm filament through the hinge holes. Once inserted, trim the excess flush.
2. Magnets (If used): Apply a tiny drop of superglue (cyanoacrylate) into the pre-drilled holes and insert the 6x3 mm magnets, but even without glue, the magnets will stay in place. IMPORTANT: Double-check the polarity before gluing the magnets into the second half of the case, ensuring they attract and not repel!
3. Padding: Cut and glue small pieces of foam inside the compartments as shown in the image for a perfect and silent "fit".
