Description
This is a speed loader for the Springfield Kuna PCC.
My model is based on this one from Spinn for a CZ Scorpion: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2666318-cz-scorpion-speed-loader-v2?from=search#profileId-2950395 with many modifications.
Description
Thsi is a speed loader made specificly to load magazines for the Springfield Kuna PCC. If features a mag release button using a standard clicker ball point pen spring, a lever lock for storage, and a top or front load option.
Parts
The only extra parts you will need are 1 M3x30mm screw and nut and a spring from a ball point pen. (I actually used a 3mm rod I had that fits snuggly)
I printed it top down with tree support. I recommend at least PETG.
Construction
Test fit the latch and latch button before assembly making sure there are no burrs hindering movement. They should fall out with gravity after you turn it upside down. The two pieces are press fit together. You only get one shot because they are not coming back apart.
Insert the latch and lay it against the table. Attach the spring to the knob on the latch cap and insert it in the hole on the other side of the loader and press the cap into the latch stem using your thumb. When it is fully inserted it should stick out 1mm.
- Slide the lever latch on from the front with the raised part to the rear and then install the lever with the screw. The lever latch is just to secure the lever in the down position for storage. It's up to you if you want to use it.
