Parking blocker

If you are traveling to other contries and have a permanently mounted parking clock, you might need to adjust to country specific parking rules. This blocks off your mounted clock so you do not set the clock incorrectly. Ex. in my county we have 15 min intervals for parking and we are going to Germany that has 30 min (like many other countries). By using this blocker it now leaves no confusion that it is the blue standard clock that should be used.
