I printed this using Adaptive Layers which does not allow for Organic Trees to be used. I also used Scarf seams to help improve the look and less imperfections. As this is still a major work in progress for me, I printed the mockup (pictured) using PLA. I believe I may end up using PETG to help with durability of the articulation connectors. More testing to come, especially once I get a multi-color printer. Supports used for printing were Slim trees on most of the model. I had a couple of pieces fail due to their orientation (don&#39;t always trust the slicer orientation), so I printed them using Strong trees. I&#39;m still playing with my supports and trying to find the best Top Z for a clean release. Currently using .28, but still getting some rough areas. Luckily, most of the supports are connecting in “hidden” places of the model, so there isn&#39;t a lot of the abrasive stuff showing. As I said, this is a work in progress, so I&#39;m actually trying to learn Blender as well to help with the designs of the toy series I have in mind. If you have any tips, tricks or suggestions, I welcome them all!

Meet Breezebeetle!  Work in Progress Breezebeetle is a hardened scout of the Aerial Assault Squad. As a young beetle he merged with a sailboat during his metamorphosis. This change made him making him faster and stronger than a normal beetle allowing him to slip in and out of areas quickly and silently. He has developed sonic rocket boosters on his tail which have allowed him to escape many sticky situations.&nbsp;This is an original Model that I created for a toy line I have thought up.&nbsp;Attached picture is of a mockup I printed. I have noticed some imperfections and corrected a few in the model attached. I do not yet have a multi-color printer, so I was not able to print him in color. I have plans to develop him further and hopefully clean-up some of the support issues that are causing blemishes during the print. I&#39;m currently in the process of learning Blender which I will also be using to improve the model. Any tips, tricks or suggestions are welcome!
