🖨️ Optimal Print Settings: For maximum durability and smooth thread engagement, please use the following slicer settings:
- Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm (Crucial for high-resolution threads).
- Walls/Perimeters: Minimum of 4 to 6 walls.
- Infill: 30% - 50% (Gyroid or Cubic).
- Orientation: Print bolts vertically (head flat on the build plate). Print nuts flat.
- Supports: None.
- Material: PETG or ABS/ASA recommended for load-bearing applications. PLA for general use.
