This is a clip to hold a window screen on to a window.
Unlike most of the others, this was made in two pieces. This makes it easy to scale the "barrel" for your application and also removes the need for supports.
I've seen requirements for barrels of all different sizes or no barrel at all. This scaling can generally be done easily within your slicer.
Printer Brand: Anycubic
Printer: i3 Mega-S
Rafts: Doesn't Matter
Supports: No
Resolution: 0.2
Filament: 3d Solutech PLA Premium Real White
Notes:
Recommended material: Considering the fact these will likely be exposed to moisture, temperature variation, UV, etc, it's probably best to choose a relatively robust material. Maybe ASA? I printed some in PLA that lasted a couple years but ended up breaking when trying to move them to remove the screen for cleaning. I ended up reprinting in ABS. ASA might be a good choice if you have some, and even PETG would likely be better than PLA.
