ESP32-Plane-Radar

Description
this is a remix of the base/cover for https://makerworld.com/en/@matixovi's ESP32 Plane Radar project. the model is based on a photo of an old radar station i found. thanks to matixovi for permission to post this. the model was created in plasticity.
be forwarned, the dimensions for this are tight (i tend to like small tolerances), and may vary depending on the particular display and ESP32 you select. in particular, the locations of the screw holes in the display board may vary by a mm or two. the models here are based on the following:
display: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FF426FCF?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
board: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FBGDFPBQ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
the screw spacers work for M2x8 screws, but aren't necessary if you have shorter ones. they're easy to adjust in bambu studio by scaling the z-axis as you need. connecting the display to the display frame is the only place where screws (2) are needed. the rest of the case i put together with a bit of superglue.
rather than soldering at the display, i used the pins with connectors. yes, it does fit, although you could certainly ask why there isn't more room. i would love to have an answer for you, but alas… the rear panel friction fits fine for me, and i don't have it permanently glued to be able to access the BOOT button on the ESP32 to change the scale of the display. at the moment, this requires removing the board from the housing because the pin connectors at the display cover the BOOT button. i'm hoping to update that if i create a future version.
