Description

When inserting press-fit magnets, this jig makes sure you orient them the right polarity for lids and bottoms. Basically print it out in whatever, PLA is fine, then use some nice strong 6x3mm discs and put them in the slots in the same orientation.

Now when you want to hammer in or align a magnet to insert into a bottom of a tray or whatever, use the correct end, stick the magnet on the end, and it will face the right direction because the magnets on each end are oriented the way you want. You can use a hammer on the other side safely to push the magnet in.

Use top for tops (e.g. the bottom of your gridfinity tray) and the bottom for bottoms (e.g. the gridfinity grids) or do the other - I don't care. Just always do it the same way!

This is kind of a disposable because eventually your hammer will mess it up. So when you make a new one, make sure your magnets are aligned the same way.
