Adjustable Hinge Slot Cover Cap
When designing furniture or adjustable mechanical systems, one frequently encounters the challenge of how to cleanly and safely finish technological cutouts in panel materials. Especially with dark or veneered materials, the exposed internal structure of the board can look disruptive.

Our new functional 3D-printed cover cap addresses this issue by effectively masking the slot for the hinge mechanism, preventing dust and debris accumulation, and protecting the surrounding edges.
Smart Design: Install Without Disassembly
The primary advantage of this model is its open U-profile shape featuring an internal recess. This configuration allows the cap to be easily slid around the hinge arm even after the entire mechanism has been fully assembled and mounted. If your hedardware is already securely anchored, there is absolutely no need for disassembly – the cap simply slides right into place.
