Beautiful DIY Portable Bluetooth Speaker

This Bluetooth speaker is powered by a single 18650 battery (3.7 volts) and offers a long battery life. Two Visaton FR 58/4 Ohm full-range speakers with 2.3 inches (5.8 cm) diameter and 10 watts of power are used as speakers. While not bass wonders, they fit perfectly into the housing and provide balanced sound.

Basic soldering skills are advantageous for assembly, as a circuit board still needs to be soldered. A 18650 Battery Holder with cable and a Type-C USB 5V/1A charging and protection module for lithium-ion batteries with integrated protection functions are used.

The threaded inserts can be neatly attached in the housing using a soldering iron. Additionally, some spots are secured with hot glue.

The color design of the Bluetooth box is entirely up to you. You can design and customize the housing according to your own ideas.

Assembly is generally straightforward. The box can be easily built with a screwdriver, soldering iron, a hot glue gun, and some screws. This makes the project a nice and relaxed activity for an afternoon.

In my test, the Bluetooth box achieved a runtime of approximately 10 hours of continuous operation with a single 18650 battery.
