Description

puzzlefinity is a fully parametric, modular puzzle system designed to give you absolute creative freedom. Whether you want to print a classic monochrome challenge, build beautiful physical pixel art, or engrave custom graphics, this system adapts to your imagination.

The geometry is meticulously engineered with a precise 0.05mm gap to guarantee an impeccable surface finish, perfect friction-fit tolerances, and smooth assembly straight off the print bed.

### 🧩 key features

  • infinite scaling: completely parametric. you can scale the grid to whatever final size or dimensions you want.
  • pure modularity: built using an optimized matrix of just 3 core part types (corners, sides, and middle pieces) that tile infinitely.
  • pixel art & multi-color: change filament colors between pieces to compose your own geometric mosaics, retro pixel art, or minimalist decor.

🖨️ advanced slicer customization (bambu studio)

this model is designed to be customized directly inside your slicer (like bambu studio or orca slicer):

  1. custom image engraving (svg):
    • import any svg vector file into your slicer.
    • overlay it onto the puzzle surface.
    • set the svg as a negative volume for a clean, sharp debossed (low-relief) effect, or as a positive volume for an embossed (high-relief) finish.
  2. multi-material images:
    • by splitting faces or projecting svgs in the slicer, you can use your ams system to color-paint intricate images across the assembly before printing.

🚀 print settings & recommendations

  • material: pla works flawlessly for maximum visual quality and sharp tolerances. petg can be used if you require higher thermal or mechanical resistance.
  • layer height: 0.2mm (or 0.16mm for an even smoother surface finish).
  • walls/perimeters: 2 or 3 walls for robust joint strength.
  • top/bottom layers: 4 layers to ensure a completely solid, flawless top surface.
  • support: 100% support-free.

📢 share your art: printed a cool pattern or engraved a unique logo? please post a make and share your photos in the review section! i’d love to see what you create with the puzzlefinity grid.

you choose: or the impossible puzzle - or the pixel puzzle - or the image puzzle

you can go to bambu slicer and add an image, or change the colors - just enjoy it and let me know what to improve

I recommend to use brim so the pieces get on plate
