To maximize measurement accuracy, the following design is adopted:

• Scale Origin Optimization
  • 1mm scale aligns with the “left side of the scale line” rather than the center line

  • Avoid cumulative deviation caused by printing accuracy errors

    

• Widened First Segment Design
  • The first segment being slightly larger is a normal design

  • Used to ensure overall measurement baseline accuracy

• It is not recommended to print scale lines with materials like PLA Silk and PLA Matte, which have insufficient layer adhesion.

  • AMS: Use layered coloring directly
  • Non-AMS: Use “pause layer for color change”
