AMS HT Sidecar for AMS Undermount X/P
Print Profile(2)

Description
Introduction
The pictures show it all - this lets you mount your AMS HT to the side of your AMS Undermount X/P Series. But I'll still spell it out for you! The features are:
- Material efficient design (because I know you've used enough filament already printing the Undermount itself!) that is easy to print,
- Mountable on either side or both (print profile has 2 versions - left and right),
- AMS HT securely screwed down using existing screw holes (so you can open your AMS HT lid confidently without shifting it around),
- Bottom air vent clear (much more than if it was sitting on a table),
- Filament path to the buffer short and gentle and,
- Does not cover the X2D side peep-windows!
Remixes are welcome.
Difficulty
This is easy to print and there are no special precautions.
Filament
I recommend ABS-GF (or similar) as it is stiff, heat resistant and very easy to print. It is also relatively inexpensive compared to other high-performance materials.
I have tried printing this in PET-CF but the overhangs were not as crisp. Fully functional obviously, and the imperfections are in a place very difficult to see but I hope this warning saves someone a few dollars!

Hardware
| Location | Quantity | Fastener | Alternatives |
|---|---|---|---|
| To attach to the Undermount | 8 | BT3x14 BHCS Self Tapping Screw | Socket Head Variant |
| To attach to the existing screw holes on the AMS HT | 3 | BT3x10 BHCS Self Tapping Screw | Socket Head Variant 12mm or 14mm lengths (these just take longer to put in) |
If Bambu does not deliver to your country, see the main model page for other potential options.
Print Settings
Use 4-5 walls with your favourite print profile. Shrinkage compensation is not required as the parts are small.
Follow the plate/filament manufacturer's recommendation regarding using glue. (I was able to print on the Eibos Krios plate with no glue using the Supertack plate settings.)
Assembly
It's super easy, barely an inconvenience:
