The wait is over, and the collaboration has arrived!
I am SO proud of this project. I am not usually one to undertake commitments regarding hueforges… That said..
When I saw the name LoFi in my DM, asking me if I would be interested in collaborating with him on a two piece MHA hueforge… it was an automatic YES from me!
I have followed LoFi Layers since around the time I got my BBL Printer, and I am sure most of you are also quite familiar with the name as well. Having worked with him now, I can honestly say that he was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive 100% of the way. My process is a long one, and he took me at my word everyday regarding my progress, never rushing me, only offering encouragement. It was truly a treat to be seen as an equal by someone who has already achieved great success on this platform. He was open to every one of my ideas, and basically gave me free reign to do whatever I wanted to my half of this project, even though it was initially entirely his vision.
Basically, if you can't already tell, I'm trying to say I had a freaking blast with this project! 😅 I really enjoyed the shared passion of creating something, and it only reinforces my infatuation with this amazing community of designers and enthusiasts.
This has only made me want to take bigger risks and tackle more complicated images. I am truly grateful to LoFi for taking a gamble on me and trusting me to follow through on my end. 🙏
Okay now that I've had my few minutes of attention 😅, let's get into it!
- NOTE. This model is only HALF the full piece. My contribution to the collaboration is only the full color Ochaco panel (Right Side), and my task was to accept the greyscale color pop panel, and blend it into my style somehow.
