Flacon A1 A1Pro Riser

This is a 4-piece riser designed for the Creality Falcon A1 and Falcon A1 Pro laser engraver.

The riser is designed so the Falcon A1 sits down inside the frame, rather than simply resting on top. When printed in PETG, the fit is very tight and clean. I have not tested the fit in PLA, so PETG is recommended.

Print Requirements
You will need a printer with at least a 320 mm bed to print this model, since the riser is split into only four main pieces.

Included Files
Four main riser body sections
3D printable name plate
TPU feet

I included a printable name plate, but the one shown in my setup was made from engraved acrylic instead.

The TPU feet are included separately and are intended to help the riser sit more securely and reduce sliding.

Installation Notes
When installing the laser into the riser, unscrew and remove the original feet from the Falcon A1 / A1 Pro. They are no longer needed once the machine is seated inside the riser.

Print Settings
Material: PETG for the riser
Material: TPU for the feet
Supports: Critical regions only
Bridging angle: 45 degrees
No supports should print in the foot channels

Fitment Notes
The bottom section is designed to hold the bottom plate from the Falcon A1 Pro.

I have not tested the riser with the standard Falcon A1 bottom plate, so fitment with that version is currently unconfirmed.
