Description

This model is a replacement adapter part that connects the motor housing of the hand blender to the metal whisk attachment. If the tabs on the original part break, wear out, or get lost, you can repair your blender by printing this part instead of throwing the device away.

Since it directly transfers the motor’s torque to the metal shaft, it has been designed with precise measurements to perfectly replicate the original part’s function, taking mechanical tolerances into account.

Print Settings and Details:

Since this part will be directly exposed to motor torque and vibration during use, the successful result shown in the image was achieved with the following durability-focused settings:

Material: ABS (Ideal for friction resistance, mechanical strength, and long-lasting use)

Infill: 30%

Wall Thickness (Perimeters): 4 walls (to ensure the part’s outer shell and load-bearing sections are extra sturdy)

Support: Using supports is recommended to ensure the internal connection sockets and recesses print properly.
