Description

Long story short. This project came alive because I wanted to use one of these truss pins I had from work, and a bag of cement that I have for years with no use for it.  With another heatwave I am spending more time in the garden and keeping the door fully open to get some air in the house can be difficult when it gets windy so I thought lets make a door stop unlike my other door stopper that keeps the door open just partially:

Anyways to the door stop itself I printed it in mixture of PETG and PLA it does not really matter. I used like 3 perimeters on parts I printer with 0.6mm nozzle and 4 perimeters on parts printed with 0.4mm one and everything seems sturdy enough for the weight I just used some cement and mixed it directly inside the receptacle but can just use sand or bearing or whatever heavy offcuts you have cutting about the shop.

Also I printed mine with no supports.

I was going to use some left over rubber feet from old printer or something but decided not to use them in the end so I modelled a little ones you can print and glue in if you desire that but I haven't even bothered myself
