3D Printed Circular Cutting Jig Precision Tool for Clean, Repeatable Circular Cuts :
Assembly Instructions:
To ensure proper function, please follow these detailed assembly steps:
- Base Mounting ("Circular cutting jig base 80mm"):
This part must be removable and reassembled as needed. If the fit is too tight or too loose, tolerance adjustments in your slicer may be necessary to achieve a snug, but non-permanent fit. - Bearing Insertion (Bearing type: 6203-2RS): Begin by press-fitting the 6203-2RS bearing into the "Circular cutting jig handle". Then, carefully insert the same bearing into the "Circular cutting jig shaft".
Important: Ensure both press fits are well-aligned and done gently improper insertion may cause friction or misalignment, preventing smooth rotation of the jig.
