Description

This parametric end cap is a heavy-duty, essential utility tool designed for maximum efficiency and a perfect fit. Engineered to tackle the frustration of searching for the exact size plug or cover, its robust customizable geometry ensures you can quickly generate and print the precise dimensions needed to seal pipes, cover holes, or protect profiles safely.

The design features a fully adaptable structure based on the included parametric template, allowing you to easily adjust key dimensions. The clean, functional shape is ergonomically designed to provide a secure, tight friction fit while maintaining a smooth and professional flush finish on any project.

  • For indoor use: I printed my version for a desk setup using standard PLA, which provides excellent dimensional accuracy and a clean finish.
  • For outdoor use: If you plan to use these caps outdoors, it is highly recommended to print them in ASA or PETG for superior UV resistance and weather durability.

You can modify this model  via MakerWorld's customizer using the following parameters.
