I found this Snorlax low poly model. I adjusted the size and added a hole to use it as a keychain figure.

Yes, indeed. My model is indeed just the resized Model from Agustin Arroyo with an negative modifier to make the hole. With such an Simple modification aiming for the same purpose it naturally turns out to be quit simular.
But i can ensure that it is not a coppy of your model.
