Shorter pins

Started woodworking as a hobby two years ago. Led to 3D printing last year, as a lot of woodworkers do both.

I downloaded, printed and commented on this model last July and was surprised someone had waited this long to comment on my need for shorter pins. This was back when I was still really new to this. Anyway, I made shorter pins by just reducing the length of the originals. Did not really work well and I abandoned this when I found many other models on MW that were designed on the 18/19L Sterlite containers that not only held 4 spools, but 5 spools. Printed many of these different models and settled on 2 that were exceptional. Even with shorter pins this model only supports 4 spools in those containers. But I aim to please and my skills have improved somewhat so I designed in TinkerCad two variations that are shorter and hold well. One with a “shoulder” and one without. Just no fancy rounded edges, they still work. Both pins are on one plate so just clone as needed.
