EN40 Continuous Duct
Print Profile(1)

Description
To go with my pipe clamp, I created a cover for the pipe.

The individual pieces are 25 cm in profile so they can be printed on smaller printers, such as the P or X series.
Except for the end cap, Z can be adjusted in the profile. I printed 30 cm on the H2S.
I didn’t include any holes and drilled them afterward.
I made the channel very sturdy, and maybe it's a bit overkill, but since it's going to be used outdoors and I wanted to drill into it anyway, I think it turned out great.
The pieces fit together well with the connector. I didn’t need any glue, but it should glue together well.
I covered the screws with this model: Abschlusscheiben M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10 – Kostenloses 3D-Druckmodell – MakerWorld
I printed using TINMORRY Rapid PETG-Eco in the Bambu Lab PETG-HF profile.
As always, the STEP files are included.
