Can you offer a recipe? All the recipes I have tried results in the details getting lost and the final result is mostly unrecognizable.

160g Butter 80g Powdered sugar 200g All-purpose flour 50g Cornstarch 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Cream together sugar and butter until fluffy, preferably using a mixer. Then add sifted flour and cornstarch, mix quickly to form a compact dough. Put it in the refrigerator for a while. Roll out the dough to a thickness of at least 5mm and cut out shapes. Dip the cookie cutter in flour and then lightly tap it. This helps the dough release easily. bake at160°C (320°F) in a convection oven for 18-20 minutes.
