🦖 CapyRex!
The cross you didn't know you needed! I present the CapyRex, an adorable capybara disguised as a T-Rex ready to conquer your desk (very calmly, of course).
This model has been designed with attention to detail to look great as a collector's item or a gift.
🎨 Experimenting with Color
For this version, I've been experimenting with the new color blending option in Bambu Studio / Orca Slicer. This has allowed me to achieve unique shades and gradients on the dinosaur's skin and the capybara's fur, giving it a much more organic and vibrant finish than simply changing standard filament.
🛠️ Printing Recommendations
- Supports: Yes! This model needs supports to ensure the costume's jaw and small arms print perfectly. I recommend using tree supports for easy removal.
- Infill: 10-15% is sufficient.
- Layer height: 0.16mm or 0.2mm for a good balance between detail and time.
