Description

This is a modular drop-in grid drawer organizer.

The system has two main parts:

1. Open grid base

The bottom is an open lattice/grid.

The grid uses 40 mm cells.

The grid rails are 3 mm wide and 2.4 mm tall.

The base tiles can be mixed together to fill different drawer sizes.

2. Removable organizer bins

Each container/bin has square locator feet underneath.

The feet drop into the open grid cells.

The bins do not slide, clip, or snap together.

To move a bin, you simply lift it out and place it in a different grid position.

Infill: 15–20%

Orientation: flat on bed

Bed temp: 55–60°C

Nozzle temp: 200–215°C

Speed: normal, but slow first layer

Brim: optional, use brim for long thin grid pieces if edges lift

Layer height: 0.20 mm

Walls: 3

Top/bottom layers: 4–5

Infill: 12–20%

Supports: No

Orientation: open side up

Bed temp: 55–60°C

Nozzle temp: 200–215°C

Brim: optional

Can also be printed in PETG

Infill: 15–25%

Supports: No

Orientation: flat on bed

Bed temp: 70–80°C

Nozzle temp: 235–250°C

Cooling: 30–50%

Brim: recommended for larger/longer grid pieces

Z-hop: on, if stringing or nozzle dragging happens
