Description
This is a Bee Hotel I designed over a year ago and now i'm happy to publish it after my first version has withstood being outdoors for sometime.
It's designed to accommodate full length (150mm) bee nesting tubes.
A lot of Bee Hotels on here, and shop bought, are not really deep enough or are the wrong size for solitary bees to use.
Tubes such as these or these are what you will want to be using. Theres plenty of guides online about correct mounting of a bee hotel and for keeping them clean and when to replace the tubes.
And of course you should print the whole hotel in PETG so that it stays waterproof!
The Cover locates in place using the four tabs and should be glued (I used Silicon sealant as superglue may not last outside) to prevent it getting blown off!
