Tealight candle riser

Description
This model lifts the height of the tealight candle so that it's closer to the top of the burner. This was needed because the heat wasn't enough to adequately heat the wax in the burner.
I guess the riser could be used for other purposes. I'd like to see/hear what others user this for.
suits standard/generic tealights.
I've included the code to generate the model so the model can be modified. Height and diameter.
