Another addition to the planeswalker inspired collection 🔥
This one was heavily inspired by Chandra Nalaar from MTG. I wanted the fire hair to really stand out and feel alive, so I used a silk filament for the flames and honestly I highly recommend doing the same if you print this one.
With the model set to 3 walls, the silk filament creates this really cool shiny outline effect around the flame shapes where the light catches the edges. It gives the hair a much more energetic look in person and adds a subtle glow-like effect that normal matte filament just doesn’t hit the same way.
Printed face-down at .2 layer height using the Hilbert Curve top surface pattern for that textured comic-book finish I’ve been using across the collection. Adds some extra print time, but the final look is absolutely worth it for wall pieces.
