Description
Printing with different materials means I need better protection for my lungs, so I decided to design my own modular 100mm ventilation system that can easily be adapted or expanded as my requirements change in the future. With flexibility in mind, some parts are designed to be secured together using screws for a stronger and more reliable fit. This system has been designed around a 100mm inline fan: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B06ZXWN3BG?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
Some of the included parts were specifically designed to fit my own installation, which passes through a wall in the UK, so they may not be suitable for every setup. I’ve tried to clearly label all plates and components to avoid confusion during assembly.
For the screw parts, I found that using “Normal Auto Snug” supports produced the best results when printing. All other components were printed successfully using “Tree Auto” supports.
This is an ongoing project, and additional parts will be added over time as new requirements arise. I hope you enjoy the current collection. Please note that some items shown in the photos on a Black Skadis board are not included in this project.
