Lasercut insert for riffled memory box

Laser cut and engrave templates for the wooden lid inserts of the Fluted Keepsake Box system. Designed to drop into any size of the box with a precise friction fit.

The bamboo (or walnut, oak) insert is what turns the printed box into a true keepsake — engrave a name, monogram, photo, date, or motif onto a real wood surface that contrasts the matte printed body.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

• Cut templates for all 11 footprints of the Fluted Box system: 32x32, 32x64, 32x96, 32x160, 32x256, 64x96, 64x160, 64x256, 96x160, 96x256, 160x256 mm

MATERIALS

Designed for 3 mm sheet stock. Tested with:

• Bamboo plywood (warm honey-gold, fine vertical grain)
• Walnut (deep chocolate-brown, bold grain)
• Oak (light tan, pronounced grain)

Other 3 mm sheet materials with similar density should work without modification.
