Description
Model-making angle cutter for making clean and repetitive cuts on soft materials such as wooden strips (balsa), plastic profiles (styrene), or small thin aluminum tubes.
The cutting mechanism is achieved via a guillotine mechanism, and the angles can be adjusted using the two red angle guides.
The piece to be cut is placed against the flat face of the guide. This ensures that the material does not move when pressure is applied to the blade, guaranteeing a perfect fit between the pieces (essential for model frames or structures).
The cutter is equipped with an integrated measuring system, consisting of a sliding ruler that rests on the black base, which allows measuring the length of the piece directly on the tool before cutting, saving time and increasing precision compared to using an external ruler.
The cutting blade is housed in the handle, secured by a three-screw system that ensures precise adjustment; the blades are replaceable.
