Description

3 point ball and rail Kinematic leveling system for Sk-Go.

There is an angle in the front so thread the spring screw into the corner plastic pieces from the back first to form threads and then put them in the front.

It is best to glue everything together, I used JB weld Steel to do so, it is very hard and heat resistant (the falling bed magnets on my prusa's have been glued back in with it a couple years ago and after printing ABS the whole time they are still in)

Glue cleanly the M3 nut in the printed parts first ten the Dowel pins.

Glue the lock-nuts into the printed lock-nut parts so you don't get any play turning the knob.

Use the lock-nut parts top and bottom of the extrusion and attach them with some M3s with T-nuts.

Here is the Bom from Mc Master:

3x Springs: 9065K413

3x m3 nuts

6x M3 lock nuts: 93625A100

6x dowel pin 3mmx16: 91585A379

3x M3 hex head screw: 91287A028

3x M3x 8 flat head screw: 92125A128

3x M3x12 screws to attach the spring on the printed parts

3 sets of M3x10 screws with T-nuts to attach the other side of the spring.

The balls are from ebay and are normally to build puppets! Search for "Threaded 6 mm Stainless Steel Balls M3 HALF Thread"
