Description
My first actual model and one I'm very proud of! I've loved rockets since I was a kid, so I decided to try and 3D print one!
Have 2 rockets here (with a 3rd on the way). All sections are glued with epoxy to ensure they stay together.
Rocket with black base has ABS at the bottom with a PETG midsection and a PLA nose cone.
Rocket with red base is all PETG with a PLA nose cone. I was aiming for a specific color scheme but didn't have and gold PETG. So we will see how the PLA hold up after a few launches.
Either rocket can be made with the model - just remove the lower middle section and Bob's your uncle!
Have not launched these yet, but plan to when the weather clears up. I will also be posting any mods I do and am happy to hear suggestions or comments.
