🔧 Project Description
This model is inspired by the iconic Star Wand pickaxe. It was designed with smart connections to ensure easy assembly and strong structural integrity. All joints include internal alignment pins, providing precise fitting and durability.
The model was tested using ABS, making it more resistant and ideal for cosplay use.

🧩 Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps for proper assembly:
- Handle (main shaft)
- Connect all shaft parts using the internal pins included in the model.
- Ring below the star
- ⚠️ Important: place the ring before gluing the star to the shaft.
- Star (top piece)
- Glue the star onto the shaft after positioning the ring.
- Attach the eyes and mouth separately for a cleaner finish.
- Spiral ribbon (center detail)
- The spiral ribbon is split into two parts for easier printing.
- Fit both halves around the shaft and glue them together to ensure proper alignment and stability.
- Bottom bow
- Can be used in two ways:
- Press-fit (removable)
- Or glued for permanent fixation
