Description

I designed this similar to a Stauff clamp for hydraulic hoses after not being able to find a free 3D model that worked for one of our projects needing a triple bracket.

This file includes 3 options:

  • single bracket
  • double bracket
  • triple bracket

The assembled bracket is 40 mm tall and 30 mm wide. Length will depend on which bracket option you use. It has an 18 mm hole with a 0.5 mm ridge to help grip the hose and reduce movement. These clamps are designed for 3/8" inner diameter hydraulic hose, which is typically between 17.5 mm and 19 mm outer diameter.

The mounting holes are 8 mm by 40 mm when both sides are together. You do not need to use all of the mounting holes, I just added extra options to help secure the brackets better if needed. If requested, I can make recessed bolt holes in the middle holes, and I may end up doing this anyway if we find during actual use that the current mounting setup needs to be more secure.

This can be printed in PLA easily, but if you are using it on equipment I would recommend PETG or ASA for better strength, temperature resistance, and UV resistance compared to PLA.

Dimensions for each bracket are as follows:

  • Single bracket: 81 mm x 30 mm x 40 mm
  • Double bracket: 130.5 mm x 30 mm x 40 mm
  • Triple bracket: 180 mm x 30 mm x 40 mm

Please let me know if these work for you and if any adjustments, changes, or other sizes are needed. This is also branded with my company’s initials on the bottom side of the print, just as a heads up.
