This is amanual solder paste & solder mask dispenserspecifically designed and optimized for 3D printing, compatible with standard50g solder paste syringes, requiring no hardware and entirely 3D printed
Features:
- Optimized for FDM printing,no supportsrequired, easy to print and disassemble
- Utilizes mortise and tenon, snap-fit, and pin structures for a strong and secure connection
- Operable with one hand, solder paste can be dispensed by pressing the handle with the index finger
- Compatible with 50g solder paste, UV solder mask, and other syringe packaging
Simple assembly, most structures are tool-free, and a few tight-fit pins can be gently pressed into place. Ideal for precise dispensing of solder paste and solder mask in electronics manufacturing, SMT placement, and PCB soldering
2026.5.4 V2 version modifications:
Handle:
Lightweight design for weight reduction, minor aesthetic modifications to match the connecting rod shape and enhance handle strength
Connecting rod:
Minor aesthetic modifications to improve appearance and moderately increase structural strength
Connecting rod link plate:
Modified for easier installation, now tool-free
Main nut:
Printed in two halves, significantly reducing the probability of print failure (spaghetti)
Half-round shaft and circlip:
Replaced circlip structure for a cleaner appearance
Joint:
Added fool-proof design
Wedge:
Added fool-proof design, aesthetic modifications
Clamp:
Added hand web support, added fool-proof design
It is highly recommended to print the V2 version, as many details have been improved
