The chopsticks (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:38421) where fantastic and my son loved them...finally he could eat sashimi the "proper" way!! However I can only print PLA and with layers giving the object a "rough" structure it was hard to get them clean. I was also not 100% comfortable with using chinese PLA for the sticks...you never know the content of it.
I therefore came up with the idea to use wooden ends - just the standard you get when ordering take-away. However I used the "wrong" end (see picture) as it will be easier to grab food with for small hands.
Print out and glue the wood parts on with a gluegun ensuring that the angle is correct before drying.
