Lomo

This model is a rounded, modern vase featuring a continuous circular profile that gradually closes toward the top. The design combines smooth geometry with a fuzzy skin exterior, giving it a unique textured surface that improves grip and adds a more organic, premium look compared to standard smooth prints.

The fuzzy skin not only enhances aesthetics but also helps mask layer lines, making the final print look more refined straight off the printer.

This vase was printed on a Bambu Lab P1S using PETG HF, resulting in a durable, slightly glossy finish with a solid feel.

Printing notes:

• Designed for support-free printing
• Uses fuzzy skin for the outer walls (recommended for best visual effect)
• The upper inner curve includes steep overhangs as the shape closes, so tuning may be required depending on your material
• For best results:
  • Use good part cooling
  • Consider smaller layer heights (e.g. 0.12 mm)
• PETG HF was used, but other materials (like PLA) may handle overhangs more easily
