This fully articulated sea turtle prints completely in place with zero assembly required — just pull it off the bed and every single scute, flipper, and head moves independently right away. The radial shell design mimics a real sea turtle's scute pattern while giving every single piece its own satisfying range of motion. It's one of those prints that's hard to put down once you're holding it. 🌊

The shell is built in three rings — a center piece, a middle ring, and an outer ring — all connected with pin-and-hole hinges that are designed specifically to work with FDM tolerances. No post processing, no supports to remove, no pieces to snap together. Just peel it off the plate and start fidgeting.

Don't rush the first layer — good bed adhesion keeps the hinge gaps clean

If any joints feel stuck after printing, just gently flex them back and forth a few times and they'll loosen right up

Try printing two colors back to back for gifting — at under an hour each these are incredibly fast to batch
