Description
Inspired by some of the birthday card camera, I decided to make my own with an expensive look and feel. Many hours went to create this art work and hope that many will want to share this for a birthday or special occasion for someone. This project is not for the fint at heart since the level of difficulty is medium to high. Material used is mostly 200g/m2 paper for best use for this project.
I have provided pictures of the sequence for which to put the paper camera together. Have fun and let me know what you think and what I should improve on my model.
Make sure you use 200g to 250g Kraft Paper or equivalent for this project otherwise it just won't workout for you. For the best results, I would suggest that you laser cut all your piece instead of using the cutter for a more precise finish. Once this is done, start putting. I have provided pictures of the sequence for which to put the paper camera together the inner portion of the camera first for ease of putting it together. Once you have this done, put the back and the front of the camera and then finish by assembling the lens starting from the closest to the camera body. Make sure to take your time and know this task is not easy, but the reward is the end product.
