⚙️ Customization Guide
Use the OpenSCAD Customizer to tailor the following:
- Dimensions:
- base_length / base_width: Set the exact footprint of your tray.
- base_height: Adjust the wall height for shallow bits or tall screwdrivers.
- Stacking:
- stackable: Toggle the bottom lip for vertical nesting in drawers.
- Design Pattern:
- pattern_type: Switch between Honeycomb, Ribbed, or Triangle engraving.
- pattern_scale: Adjust the density of the decorative mesh.
- Compartments:
- num_dividers: Instantly generate evenly-spaced slots for your tools.
- divider_recess: Lowers the dividers below the rim for easier finger access.
- Features:
- include_grip_texture: Adds parallel ridges to the floor to prevent tools from sliding.
- include_drainage_holes: Essential for workshop environments to prevent dust buildup.
🖨️ Printing Recommendations
- Material: PLA / PLA Plus / PETG (Bambu PLA Basic/Lite recommended).
- Nozzle: 0.4mm (Walls are optimized for 0.4mm multiples).
- Layer Height: 0.2mm for clean pattern detail.
- Wall Loops: 3 walls (Ensures the engraved patterns have a solid background).
- Infill: 15% Grid or Gyroid.
- Orientation: Print flat base down. No supports required
