A highly customizable, drawer-friendly organizer for bits, small screwdrivers, USB drives, and EDC tools. This design features a premium Honeycomb aesthetic and built-in vertical stackability, allowing you to create a perfectly tailored storage system for your workshop or desk.

  • Vertical Stacking: Integrated mating lip allows multiple units to lock together vertically.
  • Aesthetic Patterns: Choose between Honeycomb, Industrial Ribbed, or Modern Triangle wall designs.
  • Fast, Support-Free Print: Optimized geometry prints in 30–60 minutes (preset dependent) with zero supports required.
  • Functional Extras: Optional interior grip ridges, drainage/dust holes, and wall-mounting keyholes.

⚙️ Customization Guide

Use the OpenSCAD Customizer to tailor the following:

  • Dimensions:
    • base_length / base_width: Set the exact footprint of your tray.
    • base_height: Adjust the wall height for shallow bits or tall screwdrivers.
  • Stacking:
    • stackable: Toggle the bottom lip for vertical nesting in drawers.
  • Design Pattern:
    • pattern_type: Switch between Honeycomb, Ribbed, or Triangle engraving.
    • pattern_scale: Adjust the density of the decorative mesh.
  • Compartments:
    • num_dividers: Instantly generate evenly-spaced slots for your tools.
    • divider_recess: Lowers the dividers below the rim for easier finger access.
  • Features:
    • include_grip_texture: Adds parallel ridges to the floor to prevent tools from sliding.
    • include_drainage_holes: Essential for workshop environments to prevent dust buildup.

🖨️ Printing Recommendations

  • Material: PLA / PLA Plus / PETG (Bambu PLA Basic/Lite recommended).
  • Nozzle: 0.4mm (Walls are optimized for 0.4mm multiples).
  • Layer Height: 0.2mm for clean pattern detail.
  • Wall Loops: 3 walls (Ensures the engraved patterns have a solid background).
  • Infill: 15% Grid or Gyroid.
  • Orientation: Print flat base down. No supports required
