Modern Socket/Wall Switch
Print Profile(2)

Description
This minimalist modern socket cover was created from the desire to replace bulky and outdated covers with a clear, timeless design. Inspired by the proportions of Berker sockets, this model harmoniously integrates into modern living spaces, adding a subtle, elegant accent to the wall.
The design is deliberately reduced to the essentials. With its clean lines and slim shape, the socket appears unobtrusive and modern without losing its functionality. The goal was to create an aesthetic alternative suitable for both new constructions and the stylish upgrade of existing installations.
Important Note on Orientation
The minimalist design comes with a small particularity: Depending on the installation situation, the protective contacts (Schuko) must be aligned differently because the socket cover has slightly different vertical and horizontal dimensions. Therefore, several print profiles are available:
- Parallel to the long side – suitable for typically horizontally mounted sockets.
- Perpendicular to the long side – suitable for typically vertically mounted sockets.
Please check the orientation of your socket before printing to select the correct profile and ensure an optimal fit.
Assembly Instructions
During assembly, please note that the bottom plate of the socket insert must first be placed into the rest of the socket insert and then twisted until it securely snaps into place.
Material Recommendation
Since sockets can get warm during operation, printing ideally with ABS is recommended to ensure higher temperature resistance. PLA can also be used and works without problems in most cases, especially in less thermally stressed environments.
