Interlocking stackable bin

General Description:

150 × 100 × 80 mm interlocking stackable bin. It contains both side and top interlocking features, allowing it to be stacked both vertically and horizontally. It is designed to be highly durable. The thickness of the walls is 2.8 mm, and the bottom thickness is increased to 3.6 mm.

The basic print profile uses 6 walls and 14 bottom shell layers, making it nearly fully solid, with 15% infill used only in a few places that do not affect durability.

Support Removal:

The model includes a custom-designed support for the right-hand side interlocking bar. To remove the support, gently pry it off using a flat tool, as shown in the attached drawing (STC1-01_drawing).

Design Limitations:

Please note that, due to the nature of the design, bins placed on the top row will be blocked by the bins on their right-hand side. To remove them from the stack, you will first need to disassemble all bins on the right.
